Born 1982 in Plaistow, East London, to a Jamaican seamstress mother who raised her and her three sisters. Left school at sixteen, worked her way up through the fashion and celebrity-events industry, and by her late twenties was running her own talent agency.

In 2016 she co-founded Good American with Khloé Kardashian — a denim brand built around inclusive sizing, which grossed over a million dollars on launch day. Co-founded SKIMS with Kim Kardashian in 2019. Founding partner of Savage X Fenty with Rihanna.
