FRQNCY Day
A single day of talks, breakouts, and a closing dinner. Public ticketing, FRQNCY editorial bar applied to speakers.
The Retreat
Five days. Coherence as practice. Mornings for breathwork and meditation, afternoons for talks, evenings for food and ambient music. First one at Essência, Aljezur.
